Wellmade began with a simple frustration: most online stores are a mile wide and an inch deep, full of things designed to be replaced. We wanted the opposite — a small, considered collection where everything earns its place.
So we curate across categories rather than within one. A ceramic vase, a merino sweater, a daily cleanser, a molded-wood chair — different objects, same standard. We look for honest materials, real craft and design that still looks right years from now. If it wouldn't last, it doesn't make the shelf.
